This is to inform our esteemed Customers and the general public that as part of majors to ease the doing of business in Nigeria the CAC has introduced new application form for registration of companies under Part A of CAMA known as CAC1.1

The new form has consolidated the previous forms CAC2, 2.1, 4 and 7.

The Form CAC1.1 has come into use immediately and the old forms are still acceptable until the last day of March, 2017. Customers are advised to download the  Form CAC1.1 and fill accordingly. Click here to download the form
