As part of its oversight functions, The Chairman, Senate Committee on Trade and Investment, Distinguished Senator Sabo Nakudu Mohammed and members of the Committee visited the Commission’s Office at Alausa, Lagos on Thursday, 8th March, 2018.
The visit to the facilities availed the Distinguished Senators the opportunity to have a first hand information on the activities of the Commission and its operations.
On hand to receive the Senators as well as take them on the guided tour of the facilities were the Chairman of the Board, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR and the Ag. Registrar-General (RG), Lady Azuka Azinge and her management.
The Ag. RG informed the Distinguished Senators, that the Commission’s target is to make the process of company registration as easy as possible such that it can be concluded within of 24 hours and thanked them for making out time for the visit.
Distinguished Senetor Nelson Effiong, who stood in for the Chairman of the Committee while thanking the Commission for the warm reception commended the Ag. RG for the giant strides she has made since she took over in October, 2017 as Ag. RG.
