PUBLIC NOTICE – COST OF BUSINESS NAMES REGISTRATION REMAINS N10,500

The attention of the Commission has been drawn to a publication in the DAILY TRUST Newspaper of Friday, 27^th July, 2018 and other media sources to the effect that the Commission has reduced the cost of Business Names registration from N10,500 to N5,500. This is neither true nor accurate.

The Commission wishes to inform our esteemed customers and members of the public that the cost of Business Names registration remains N10,500 made up of N500 for name reservation and N10,000 filing fee.

The public is hereby advised to disregard any such publication as the cost of Registration of Business Names has not changed.
